Money for car tuning

We spend a lot of money to buy some special car. If i choose to buy some i dont know Alfa Romeo, Fiat or Peugeot in middle class i will pay for it 10.ooo € and if i put on car some tuning stuff my car will have a higher value. With tuning stuff i can get 30% more for my car. 30% mean 3.000 €. Did i spend so many money?
